I'm Captain Mickey

Wyatt LOVES this ride on Mickey toy he recieved for his birthday. When he first recieved it he was all about the blocks that went under the seat, he carried them everywhere with him. Now he wants to ride and push it every day morning and night. He is obsessed with it! Tyson hates it! He will nibble at Wyatt's feet or legs to try to get him off, barking at it while we push him around the house. Ryan and I have to take turns pushing him around the house from our backs hurting so much.

our family of three

Last weekend we meet with Johanna to have pictures taken of our family at Alridge Gardens. We absolutely love Johanna, she is by far one of the best photographers in Birmingham and we will always use her service. You can check out our pictures at her website listed below, click on "clients" and the password is "hays" all in lower case. Hope you like them as much as we do! www.johannacosbyphotography.com I am very excited about them!!!

hi from Oklahoma

Wyatt has started to come around to sitting in front of the computer. Some days we chat while he is eating a snack or even set on a chair so he can run around at the same time. It is so hard to keep him still in one spot for a minute or two. I love that he is able to see and interact with my parents since they live in Oklahoma.

15 months!

Wyatt had his 15 month well check up and I am happy to report that our little guy is healthy as can be. So much has happened within the last month with his developements, it is like it happens over night. Here are his stats and a few things he has been up to. -Weight: 23lbs. 4oz. -Height: 32" -Wyatt can say ball, thank you (dan-oo), mama, dada and Tyson/Doggie. We dont know if he is trying to say Tyson or doggie, but he calls Jada and Colby by the same word. It sounds more like dy-da. -He can sign more and please -loves to play with his basketball, soccer ball and bouncy ball. As well as his blocks, wood puzzle pieces and trucks/trains. -He has started to blow kisses to us at bedtime..melts my heart!:) -Will imitate anything you do, I especially love his dance or tap dancing moves. -He is trying to eat with a spoon or fork, he will try for a little bit and just give up and eat with his fingers. -Loves to play outside...he gets outside playtime two times a day at school. -Can make the sound of a sheep and cow when you ask him. -Can have an attitude and throw a tantrum, we are working on his biting issues. That is about all I can think of right now, I cant wait to see what new things he will be saying or doing come next month.
